Our Wood Tree Swing Return Policy

Our customers satisfaction with our products is our main goal. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products, We will accept any returns within 30 days of when the customer receives their item. Please note that item(s) you return must be in original UNUSED condition. If an item is sent to us and it has been used, the item will be returned and no refund will be issued.

The BUYER is responsible for return shipping on the item(s). Once we receive the item in its original/unused condition, the amount of the purchased item(s) will be refunded by way of how the item was purchased.

Wood Tree Swing Order Refusals

Refusal of items shipped to your location will incur both the original shipping charge in addition to the return shipping charge. This amount will be deducted from the balance of your refund.

Wood Tree Swing Exchanges

Exchanges are handled similar to returns. The customer is responsible for return shipping cost. When the exchanged item is ready for shipment the amount to ship the new item will be deducted from the remaining balance between the 2 items. (If there is no remaining balance between the items, the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges on the new item) Any amount left after this will be refunded back to the original buyer. (Free shipping only applies to the initial shipment of the original purchased item)(Items which are returned due to non-deliverable address or by refusal, are subject to paying the initial shipping charge plus the return to shipper charge)
